Description:
TIE1 is a cell surface protein expressed primarily
on endothelial and hematopoietic progenitor cells and play critical roles in angiogenesis,
vasculogenesis and hematopoiesis. TIE1 also has a proinflammatory effect and may play a role
in the endothelial inflammatory diseases such as atherosclerosis. The Human TIE1 ELISA Kit is designed
to quantify natural or recombinant humanTIE1 in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant and body
or lavage fluid.
